Deepender brings over 12 years of Training and Technical experience to the Table. His proven track record of growing businesses and knowledge of the construction detailing industry make him a vital part of the team. He continues to build his company on the belief of providing the best the industry has to offer. He continues to assess the day to day operations and look for ways to enhance processes to provide the highest quality service and product to our customers.

He gained experience in detailing and connection design working as a project manager on numerous large projects with world’s top notch companies before becoming the President of the company. Several of these years were spent working directly with production teams in overseas offices developing procedures, a QA/QC department, and improved practices assuring maximum efficiencies were applied to critical aspects of every project. His extensive hands-on experience with software's, especially AutoCad, Microstation, Tekla, SDS/2 and MathCad, fueled his success in management positions throughout his career.

He believes in offering a “One stop” package to our clients by providing a diversity of services and measures our success by 100% repeat client ratio and client satisfaction.

With an extensive background in steel fabrication and structural detailing, Jim brings every project a unique blend of knowledge and experience of the construction industry. This broad exposure further enhances his ability to assess our operations and current practices. He has a proven track record of working with organizations to evaluate challenges whether on a particular project or to overall operations and procedures. Through this evaluation process he has coordinated with our team to develop and implement recommended solutions to bridge whatever gaps may exist, thus creating value for the project and every member of the construction team.

Examples of his Mentorship to AFF includes:

• Examine and improve communication techniques within management and/or production teams
• Assess usage of model management tools tailoring usage of these tools to specific needs of a given project or relationship
• Provide dynamic support to fabricators and detailers throughout duration of key projects
• Refinement or creation of company procedures or standards.
• Training of personnel to prepare them for new or expanded responsibilities

His blended background in steel fabrication and in structural detailing, coupled with his experience as a business owner has continually honed his leadership and management skills. These skills translate into every relationship as he assists each client in defining and achieving their goals. 

Keshav has 12 years of experience in the steel detailing industry and is responsible for project management and coordination on the projects under his supervision. He brings to our team a great deal of experience in steel detailing. He is extremely proficient in Tekla structures. With all of his work experience on North American projects he is very proficient in US project processes and communication customs. He has a responsible attitude and demonstrate professionalism in whatever he undertakes.

Jason has extensive experience in connection design ranging from simple shear connections to complex high seismic connections. He is responsible for the creation of Calculation Packages that are easily understood by the EOR and Fabricator. He reviews shop drawings after connection design engineer review, including capacities for shear connections. Jason always bring a great attitude and sharp wit to AFF which makes him a joy to work with.
