AFF is looking for hard working and passionate individuals with in depth knowledge of steel detailing & project management.
Job Summary
- Coordinate with fabricators, engineers, architects to meet project requirements
- Coordinate several projects with a team of steel detailers or as the steel detailer to ensure schedule, budget and quality are maintained
- Manage RFIs and Change Orders
- Examine & check all drawings to ensure drawings adhere to design requirements, AFF standards and client specific requirements
- Prepare drawing packages and issue to the client per scheduled delivery dates
Job Requirements
- 5 + years steel detailing experience
- 3 + years experience utilizing Tekla Structures
- Experience in structural & miscellaneous steel construction
- Proven project management and coordination skill
- Excellent verbal and written communication
